Held in our calm, welcoming Holistic Studio, small group yoga and pilates classes focus on strength, mobility, balance and mindful movement. With limited class sizes and a peaceful atmosphere, sessions are designed to support overall wellbeing, recovery and everyday movement quality.

Fitness
Fast, focused conditioning
Our high-energy, instructor-led sessions take place in a fully equipped fitness studio designed for strength, conditioning and resilience. From HIIT to small group training, these sessions build speed, endurance and coordination, making them ideal cross-training for pickleball and padel players.
