New sites across the South East
From West London to Reading, Oxford, Winchester and Kent

Buildings of 30,000 sq. ft. or more
With ample parking, excellent accessibility and 20 foot ceilings as a minimum.

From our landlords, Rainier Developments

We worked in close partnership with Waverley Borough Council and Hurlands to facilitate this exciting investment. This is a major step towards expanding pickleball and padel, and as the largest example in the UK, Hurlands will put Farnham on the map, securing its reputation as a destination for amateur and competitive players.
